Cooling Fiber Mat

Our Cooling Fiber Mat is designed for hot-weather sleeping and direct skin contact. The soft and silky surface provides a refreshing touch without feeling excessively cold. The smooth fabric does not easily cling to body hair, making it comfortable for summer use. We offer three material options for different market requirements. The premium option uses 600D high-density cooling yarn, a polyester and viscose blend woven with high-density jacquard technology. It provides good cooling performance, durability, and resistance to wear and snagging for premium retail markets. The standard option uses 450–500D cooling yarn, offering a practical balance of softness, cooling performance, and cost for home, hotel, and bulk export orders. The economy option uses 300D regular cooling yarn for project and wholesale markets. The bottom layer uses sandwich mesh fabric to improve airflow and breathability. We offer fitted-sheet and flat-sheet styles. The fitted version uses 360-degree elastic polyester edges to help keep the mat securely in place. Thick polyester wide-edge binding improves durability. Available sizes include 90 × 195 cm and 120 × 200 cm for single beds, 150 × 200 cm and 180 × 200 cm for double beds, and 200 × 220 cm for King beds. The mat can be folded or rolled for convenient storage and space-saving transportation.
