We offer two shell fabric options for different market requirements. Polyester flannel is a practical choice for hotel projects, wholesale orders, and retail markets. It offers a soft surface, good washing resistance, and easy daily care. Cotton flannel provides a more natural touch and better breathability. Its finer surface makes it suitable for premium home bedding and higher-end European and American markets.
We provide several filling options to match different price levels and performance requirements. High-elastic hollow 9-hole fiber offers good loft and resilience for premium retail products. Silicone hollow fiber provides a balanced combination of softness, resilience, and cost for bulk export orders. Standard short fiber filling is a cost-effective choice for hotels and wholesale markets.
We offer different fill weights for different climates. Spring and autumn versions range from 1,800–2,500 g for mild cold seasons. Winter versions range from 2,600–3,500 g for colder regions. Extra-thick versions range from 3,600–4,500 g for areas with below-zero temperatures, including parts of Russia and Central Asia.
Grid quilting helps keep the filling evenly distributed during use and washing. Wide edge binding improves durability. The comforter also supports vacuum compression packaging, which can reduce package volume and help save transportation and storage space.
Reliable Production and Flexible Customization
We work with multiple standardized production facilities in the Dieshiqiao textile area. Our total production space exceeds 200,000 square meters and is supported by more than 2,200 skilled workers and an experienced R&D team. The team develops new bedding products based on changing market requirements.
We maintain quality control throughout fabric processing, filling, quilting, sewing, and final inspection. Our production process is designed to support stable quality for both retail products and large international orders.
We support OEM customization for size, fill weight, shell fabric, patterns, colors, logos, labels, and export packaging. The MOQ starts from 50 pieces per style. Pre-production samples can be completed within 7–10 working days. We provide a 3-month quality guarantee for supported orders.
For daily care, use a gentle machine wash cycle below 30°C and avoid bleach. Low-temperature drying is recommended to help maintain the softness and loft of the filling. After drying, gently shake or pat the comforter to help restore its shape.
