Our Microfiber Duvet Insert is designed for customers looking for a practical, comfortable, and cost-effective bedding solution. We use 100% polyester for the shell, with pearlescent fabric, brushed fabric, and microfiber options. These materials offer good durability, wrinkle resistance, and easy machine washing for everyday use.
We provide three filling options for different market requirements. High-elastic hollow 9-hole or 7-hole fiber offers strong resilience and helps maintain loft during long-term use. Silicone hollow fiber provides a good balance of softness, resilience, and cost for bulk export orders. Standard short fiber filling offers a practical solution for hotels, wholesale markets, and other cost-sensitive applications.
We offer different fill weights for different climates. Summer versions range from 500–1,000 g for warm regions. Spring and autumn versions range from 1,200–2,000 g and suit general international markets. Winter versions range from 2,200–3,000 g, while extra-thick options range from 3,200–4,000 g for colder climates.
Grid quilting helps keep the filling evenly distributed across the surface. Double-stitched edges improve durability, while corner ties provide a secure connection with duvet covers. The product supports machine washing and can be vacuum compressed for compact packaging. This reduces package volume and can help lower transportation and storage costs.
Large-Scale Production and Flexible Customization
We operate three production facilities in the Dieshiqiao textile area. Our total production area exceeds 200,000 square meters, with more than 2,200 skilled workers supporting stable manufacturing. Our annual export volume exceeds USD 150 million. We maintain quality control throughout material preparation, filling, quilting, sewing, and final inspection.
We also use controlled production processes to reduce unwanted odor and maintain consistent product quality. Our production team checks finished products before shipment to support reliable bulk orders.
We support OEM customization for size, fill weight, shell fabric, patterns, logos, labels, and export packaging. The MOQ starts from 50 pieces per style. Pre-production samples can be completed within 7–10 working days. We provide a 3-month quality guarantee for supported orders.
For daily care, use a gentle machine wash cycle below 30°C and avoid bleach. Low-temperature drying is acceptable. After drying, gently pat the duvet to help restore its loft.
