Our Pure Silk Duvet is designed for customers who prefer lightweight, soft, and breathable bedding. It is suitable for high-end homes, boutique hotels, and premium gift markets. The shell uses high-count cotton sateen or cotton jacquard fabric. The smooth surface provides a soft touch while helping protect the silk filling inside.
We offer three silk filling options for different market requirements. The premium option uses 100% long-strand double-cocoon mulberry silk. It provides excellent softness, natural luster, and strong fiber structure. The medium-long-staple mulberry silk option offers a practical balance of quality and cost for export retail markets. Tussah silk provides a more economical choice for hotel projects and budget-conscious applications.
Natural silk has good moisture absorption and breathability. Its smooth fiber structure provides a gentle feel against the skin. The filling also helps balance warmth and breathability during sleep. It provides comfortable warmth in cooler seasons while maintaining a lightweight feel in warmer conditions.
We offer different fill weights for seasonal use. Summer versions range from 500–800 g. Spring and autumn versions range from 1,000–1,500 g. Winter versions range from 2,000–3,000 g. Our two-in-one design combines different layers, allowing users to adjust the duvet according to seasonal temperatures.
Careful Production and Flexible Customization
We have operated in the Dieshiqiao textile area for more than a decade. We hold ISO 9001 certification and support export orders with established quality control procedures. Our products also comply with OEKO-TEX Standard 100 requirements.
We use a manual silk-layer positioning process to help keep the filling evenly distributed. Each duvet includes an inspection opening, allowing customers to check the silk filling directly. Reinforced edge binding improves durability, while corner ties make attachment to a duvet cover easier.
We support OEM customization for fill weight, size, shell fabric, patterns, embroidery logos, and gift packaging. The MOQ starts from 50 pieces per style. Pre-production samples can be completed within 7–10 working days. We provide a 6-month quality guarantee for supported orders.
For daily care, professional dry cleaning is recommended. Avoid water washing and prolonged direct sunlight. Using a duvet cover can provide additional protection and reduce the need for frequent cleaning of the inner duvet.
