Hotel Collection Washcloths

The Hotel Collection Washcloths are designed for daily use in hotel bathrooms and guest rooms. Their compact size makes them convenient for washing the face, cleaning hands, and personal care. Because they are frequently exposed to water, makeup, soap residue, and repeated washing, strong edges, stable loops, good absorbency, and softness are important for long-term use. The standard export size is 32×32cm, with 33×33cm and 35×35cm also available. Common weights range from 40-75g according to the selected quality level.

We offer three quality levels for different hotel grades and project budgets. The premium version uses combed long-staple cotton with two-ply yarn and spiral loop construction. It typically weighs 60-75g and provides a soft hand feel, good absorbency, and stable loop fullness after approximately 180-250 industrial wash cycles.

The standard version uses regular cotton with satin edges and plain loop weaving. It typically weighs 50-60g and provides a practical balance of durability, comfort, and cost efficiency. The economy version uses regular cotton with a weight of 40-48g. It provides a cost-effective option for large-volume hotel projects and budget accommodation.

The loop weaving process controls loop height and density to create a soft surface for direct skin contact. The construction is designed to maintain loop structure after repeated washing and reduce excessive stiffness over time.
