Premium options use 100% combed long-staple cotton with two-ply 16s or 21s yarn for loop construction. Longer cotton fibers create softer loops, improve water absorption, and help reduce lint shedding. Standard options use regular cotton at 450-550g, while economy options use 380-440g for cost-sensitive hospitality projects.
Platinum satin edges provide a clean appearance and help protect the towel borders during repeated commercial washing. Three-needle five-thread binding inside the satin edge strengthens the connection between the border and towel body.
