We offer three material levels for different hotel grades and project budgets. The premium version uses 100% combed long-staple cotton with two-ply 21s or 32s yarn and spiral loops. It weighs 140-170g and provides strong absorbency and a soft hand feel while maintaining loop stability after approximately 180-250 industrial wash cycles.
The standard version uses 100% regular cotton with a weight of 120-140g. It provides a practical balance of durability, absorbency, comfort, and cost efficiency. The economy version uses regular cotton with a weight of 100-115g and offers a cost-effective solution for large-volume hotel projects with tighter budgets.

The loop structure provides good absorbency and a soft surface for daily use. Optimized weaving and finishing processes help control lint shedding and maintain fabric quality during long-term use. White is the most common hotel color because it creates a clean appearance and supports high-temperature commercial washing.
Pre-shrinking treatment helps reduce dimensional changes after washing and improves size stability. Color fastness reaches Grade 4-5. The towels support commercial washing and drying, while moderate dryer temperatures can help protect cotton softness and service life.
We support OEM customization, including hotel logo embroidery, colors, sizes, weights, and packaging. The MOQ is 100 pieces. Pre-production samples can be completed within 7-10 working days. We provide a 6-month quality guarantee. For daily care, hotels should control chlorine bleach concentration because excessive bleach may stiffen cotton loops and reduce service life.
