Since pillowcases are washed regularly, fabric stability, seam strength, and easy maintenance are important for long-term performance. Pre-shrinking treatment helps control fabric shrinkage below 3%, which supports a stable size and fit after repeated washing.
We offer three quality levels for different hotel grades, comfort requirements, and project budgets. The premium option uses 60s-80s long-staple cotton sateen with 300-400TC. It provides a smooth surface, soft hand feel, and elegant sheen for luxury hotels and premium hospitality markets.
The standard option uses 40s combed cotton with plain or satin stripe weaving and 200-250TC. It offers a practical balance of durability, comfort, and cost efficiency for most hotel projects.
The economy option uses a 65/35 poly-cotton blend. It provides good wrinkle resistance, easy care, and lower maintenance requirements for budget hotels and large accommodation projects. All three options are designed for commercial laundry and can withstand approximately 200-300 industrial wash cycles with proper care.

Double-needle rolled hemming and dense stitching reinforce the seams and improve tear resistance during repeated industrial washing. We offer three standard sizes. The Standard size is 50×75cm for 48×74cm pillows. The Queen size is 55×85cm for 53×80cm pillows. The King size is 55×95cm for 53×90cm pillows. Custom sizes are available for different pillow dimensions and overseas market requirements.
Common colors include white, off-white, and cream. We support hotel logo embroidery, customized colors, and packaging. Third-party inspections are also accepted for customer orders.
We provide a 6-month quality guarantee. If quality issues occur under normal commercial washing conditions, replacement or compensation can be arranged according to agreed terms. The MOQ is 100 pieces per style. Pre-production samples can be completed within 7-10 working days.
