Full-wrap elastic keeps the sheet firmly around the mattress, while reinforced triangular stitching at the four corners helps distribute pulling force and reduce seam stress. Pre-shrinking treatment controls fabric shrinkage below 3%, helping maintain the original size after repeated washing. These features reduce the need for frequent adjustments and help housekeeping teams prepare rooms more efficiently.
We offer three quality levels for different hotel requirements and project budgets. The high-end option uses 60s-80s long-staple cotton sateen with 300-400TC. It provides a smooth surface, elegant sheen, and comfortable sleeping feel for luxury hotels and premium hospitality projects.
The mid-range option uses 40s combed cotton with plain or satin stripe weaving and 200-250TC. It provides a practical balance of comfort, durability, and cost efficiency for mid-range hotels and large hospitality projects.
The economy option uses a 65/35 poly-cotton blend. It offers good wrinkle resistance, easy maintenance, and reliable performance under frequent commercial washing. Cotton options provide good breathability and a soft hand feel, while the poly-cotton option provides easier care and strong durability.

The standard pocket depth is 25-30cm, while customized depths of up to 35-40cm are available for thicker mattresses. Full-wrap high-elastic material is applied around the entire edge to improve mattress coverage. Reinforced corner stitching helps improve stability during daily use. Pre-shrinking is completed before cutting and sewing to help control dimensional changes.
Customers can request customized sizes, colors, and packaging according to their hotel requirements. We support hotel logo embroidery and OEM services. Color fastness reaches Grade 4-5. Third-party inspections are accepted for customer orders.
