The Bed Pad Hotel is designed to protect hotel mattresses from moisture, stains, and daily wear. It is placed between the mattress and flat sheet to create an additional protective layer. The pad helps absorb moisture from sweating and reduces the risk of stains reaching the mattress. Regular washing is easier and more cost-effective than frequent mattress replacement. Hotels can choose different fabric and filling options according to their requirements for comfort, protection, durability, and budget.
We offer three fabric quality levels. The premium option uses 100% combed cotton 40s with 230-250TC. It provides a soft, breathable, and skin-friendly surface for premium hotel rooms. The standard option uses 65/35 poly-cotton fabric for a practical balance of durability and easy care. The economy option uses poly-cotton interwoven fabric for cost-sensitive hotel projects.
The filling layer provides additional cushioning and protection. The premium version uses 300-500g/m² high-elastic down-like fiber. The standard version uses 200-300g/m², while the economy version uses 120-200g/m². Higher filling weights provide a fuller feel and additional cushioning for guest comfort.

We offer two fixing designs. The corner strap style uses elastic straps to secure the pad to the mattress corners. The fitted sheet style uses 360-degree elastic edges to wrap around the mattress and reduce movement during use. For thicker mattresses, the pocket depth can be customized up to 35-40cm.
Grid or diamond quilting helps distribute the filling evenly. The quilting structure reduces shifting and clumping after repeated washing and helps maintain the pad's shape and comfort during long-term use.
The pad supports commercial washing and drying. Pre-shrinking treatment helps control fabric shrinkage below 3%. Customers can customize sizes, materials, filling weights, quilting patterns, and fixing methods according to hotel requirements.
For daily care, hotels should avoid extremely hot water and strong chlorine bleach because they may affect the fabric, quilting threads, and elastic components. Proper washing and drying procedures can help extend service life.
