The Merk Bed Cover Hotel is designed to provide full coverage for hotel beds while creating a neat and coordinated appearance. Its integrated top panel and side drop cover the mattress and bed frame, offering more complete coverage than a traditional bedskirt. The quilted construction creates a smooth and structured surface, while the padded middle layer adds light cushioning. This design also helps protect the bed from dust and is suitable for hotels that need practical daily maintenance.
We offer three material options for different hotel grades and project budgets. The premium version uses 100% combed cotton with a 40s-60s yarn count and 230-250TC, combined with sprayed cotton or needle-punched cotton filling. Its quilted construction is designed to withstand approximately 150-250 industrial wash cycles. This option is suitable for 4-star and 5-star hotels, luxury accommodations, and high-end hospitality projects.
The main export version uses a 65/35 poly-cotton blend with quilted padding. It provides good wrinkle resistance, easy care, and a neat appearance after repeated washing. The economy version uses plain woven polyester with sprayed cotton padding. It offers a cost-effective solution for budget hotels, apartments, and large accommodation projects.

Diamond or grid quilting helps keep the filling evenly distributed and supports a stable surface after repeated washing. Reinforced edge binding improves durability and helps reduce fraying. Jacquard patterns, decorative designs, and hotel logo embroidery can also be added for customized hospitality projects.
The standard export drop height is 35-40cm, while customized heights from 25-45cm are available. Color fastness reaches Grade 4-5. The product supports commercial washing and drying processes.
