The Hotel Flat Sheet is designed for hotels and hospitality businesses that need durable bedding for frequent commercial laundry. The fabric is made to handle repeated washing, drying, and daily use while maintaining a comfortable sleeping surface. Cotton options provide good breathability and a soft feel, while poly-cotton blends offer stronger wrinkle resistance and easier care. Different fabric constructions allow buyers to choose the right balance of comfort, durability, and cost for different hotel grades and project requirements.
We offer three material options for different hospitality markets. The premium version uses 100% combed long-staple cotton with 60s-80s yarn count and 300-400TC sateen weaving. Mercerization and pre-shrinking treatment improve the fabric surface and help control shrinkage. The fabric is designed to withstand around 200-300 industrial wash cycles and is suitable for 4-star and 5-star hotels in Europe, North America, and the Middle East.
The main export version uses 100% combed cotton with 40s yarn count and 200-250TC plain weaving. It provides a thick, durable, and cost-effective solution for 3-star hotels, boutique hotels, and bulk hospitality orders. The economy version uses a 65/35 poly-cotton blend. It provides good wrinkle resistance and reduces ironing requirements for budget hotels, apartments, and large-scale projects.

We offer several standard flat sheet sizes, including 180×240cm, 230×250cm, and 260×270cm. Fitted sheet options are also available for different mattress sizes. A single fitted sheet fits a 90×200cm mattress with a 25-30cm pocket depth. A double fitted sheet fits a 150×200cm mattress, while a Queen size fits a 180×200cm mattress. The pocket depth can be customized up to 35cm for thicker mattresses.
Flat sheets feature wide folded edges for improved durability. Fitted sheets use full elastic edges and reinforced corner stitching to provide a secure fit. Dense edge stitching helps reduce fraying during repeated washing.
Pre-shrinking treatment controls fabric shrinkage below 3%. Color fastness reaches Grade 4-5. The sheets support commercial laundry processes, including high-temperature washing and drying.
We support OEM customization, including hotel logo embroidery, customized sizes, colors, and packaging. The MOQ is 100 pieces. Pre-production samples can be completed within 7-10 working days. We provide a 6-month quality guarantee for hotel projects. The product is suitable for hotel groups, linen distributors, hospitality suppliers, resorts, and large accommodation projects.
