We offer three quality levels for different hotel grades and budgets. The premium version uses combed long-staple cotton with two-ply 21s or 32s yarn and weighs 280-350g. The two-ply construction creates fuller loops, a thicker feel, and improved softness. Satin bands can be added to both sides or one end, with customized messages or hotel logos embroidered on the satin area.
The standard version uses 100% regular cotton with a weight of 220-260g and standard satin edges. It provides a practical balance between comfort, appearance, and durability. The economy version uses regular cotton or poly-cotton blends with a weight of 180-210g. It provides a cost-effective solution for large hotel projects. All three options are designed for commercial laundry and can withstand approximately 180-250 industrial wash cycles with proper care.
